Our team are self-managed, meaning each specialist manages their own diary, pricing, and services to reflect their individual skills and availability. You can find their contact details on their dedicated page on our website, or message us directly and we’ll happily connect you.
Can I book over the phone?
Yes! You can contact us directly for pricing and availability for Gemma and Nicola’s services.
All other team members manage their own bookings and enquiries, so please use the contact details listed on their individual page.
Due to the bespoke nature of services and the varying condition of each client’s hair, pricing cannot be provided over the phone. A strand test may be required to determine accurate pricing and treatment time scales.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, please contact your stylist as soon as possible so they can try to fill the appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, as missed appointments mean lost income for our team. We understand that things happen, but we appreciate as much notice as possible.
Can I bring a companion?
You are welcome to bring a companion to your consultation for emotional support or a second opinion. If you require any specific adjustments for your visit, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure everything is prepared for you.
Where will the appointment take place?
Your consultation will take place in a private consultation room where you can feel comfortable being as open as you need to be. We understand that wig consultations can be emotional for some people, and our team is here to support you every step of the way.
How much is the consultation?
The consultation fee is £20 and is non-refundable. However, this amount will be deducted from your wig purchase should you decide to go ahead.
